Yes, this is indeed me, I look like this at all times.  It is essential to cook in high heels or none of my recipes work.  My heels just happen to look like socks and my dress is PJ's


Pineapple Salsa Deliciousness:

1/2 Red Onion

2 Cans Pineapple Tidbits

2T. Parsley or Cilantro

1/2 tsp. Garlic

I made this yesterday with thin sliced pork chops, I put those in the bottom of the crock pot, added 1/2 cup brown sugar and poured the whole recipe of pineapple salsa on top, cooked on low for 6-8 hours and it was pretty tasty.  next time I am setting aside fresh salsa to top it off with.  Good food and good company lastnight!

Cupcakes for Judah Boy

I found these adorable little footbal cupcake papers at Cake Stuff

I used a boxed higher end vanilla cake mix, stripped the insides of 1 vanilla bean, added an extra cup of flour, 1/2 cup extra liquid, and YUMNESS happened.  I always whip my batter even though people say its a NO NO.

On to chocolatey goodness things....I made molten chocolate cupcakes with this fancy pantsy mix, I added half a bag of Ghirardelli chunks, and placed a spoon full of "lava" into each unbaked cup.   Not as good as the vanilla IMHO, however people liked them ok.  I messed around with flour and liquid additions in this as well.



Much better warm than not but yummy



I bought the footballs at Cake Stuff, and I frosted the cupcakes with a grass attachment.
